HOW DOES THE LIFETIME GUARANTEE WORK?

KDPB is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of Gold Plated/jewelry. If your pet’s jewelry is damaged, it fades or stops working under normal wear, this guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement for the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. This Warranty is voided on any user damage issues (i.e.: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, etc.). A Shipping and Handling fee of $19.99 will be charged for all Warranty Replacements.

 All Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediately if user damage is detected (i.e.: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a $99 USD Repair Fee will be charged for all future repairable product issues

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE, BUT THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED?

KDPB is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order. 

AS AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, WILL I HAVE TO PAY AN IMPORT TAX UPON PLACING MY ORDER?

KDPB will be shipping  to over 220+ countries worldwide!

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly recommend:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.

IS KD PET BOUTIQUE JEWELRY REAL?

Yes, on all custom order we only use 14-18k yellow gold, real .925 sterling silver, genuine white/black rhodium, Si VS, and VVS diamonds. Some of our pieces are brass plated with 14k-18k gold with premium cubic zirconia. So please read the product specifications before placing your order. All our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. We meet all regulations set by the Jewelry Vigilance Committee.

 CAN MY PET WEAR THEIR JEWELRY DAILY?

Yes. We recommend that you removed once your pet is home. Remember to clean with soft polishing cloth.

 MY PET HAS A SKIN ALLERGY, CAN I STILL PURCHASE JEWERLY?

Safety is our number 1 priority here at KDPB, we recommend that you talk with your local Vet before any purchase!

 HOW DO I STORE/PROTECT MY PETS JEWERLY?

All jewelry should be kept dry. Clean after each use with a soft polishing cloth.  When your pet jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the dust bag/box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. Always remove your pet’s jewelry when applying flee & tick sprays, waterless shampoo, or other chemical products. And before being groomed.

 I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?

Yes, we can take care of any error within 24 hours. Email us with your confirmation number with your name and the changes you will like. (Once your order has been fulfilled there’s NO CHANGES!)

  IS YOUR GOLD PLATING JUST LIKE ANY OTHER COMPANY'S?

No, majority of gold-plated products are done here in the Diamond District in New York City. The process we use is the highest quality plating available. This process allows our gold-plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.

 WHAT ARE THE STEPS FOR PLACING CUSTOM ORDERS?

KDPB offers customized designs ranging from numbers, letters, symbols, and logos. Any personalized pendant your pet wants, we can craft for you! All custom orders will be Solid Gold material, White Solid Gold, or Sterling Silver upon request. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER, & WHAT IS THE COSULATATION FEE FOR?The minimum order for custom pieces starts at $2,000. However, the final price will be determined by the specific item you get. The consultation fee allows our jewelry experts to take their time and fully focus on making you the best custom piece specifically to your specifications. This fee will be deducted from the order, so it serves as a deposit. This fee is nonrefundable.  

IF I HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING MY CUSTOM ORDER, HOW CAN I GET HELP? 

Your pets personalized item takes time to craft and test; please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your solid gold order. Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, since each piece is made to order.
