KD Pet Boutique stands 100% behind our products. If by chance you receive the wrong order, please read Damages and Issues below.  All sales are final on all customizes jewelry. Please double check your pet’s neck size and spelling before placing your order. Unfortunately, these made to order necklaces are not eligible for return.
What is our Return/Exchange Policy?
KD Pet Boutique grants returns/exchanges only if it within 14 days of the date your product was delivered. If there are any additional questions or concerns, you can contact us via email returns@kdpetboutqiue.com. Your products must be in perfect condition in order to make a return. If your product is damaged in any way, the return request will be rejected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace any damaged products if you return them within 5 days after receiving the product. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can be speedy when replying!

There are NO returns or exchanges on KD Pet Boutique’s customized jewelry. All of our customized jewelry are under a lifetime warranty. With this warranty, this grants you to a one-time repair of the damaged product free of charge. We will repair the damaged product if you experience any defects or breakage to any manufacture defects. The warranty is no longer effective due to any user damage such as: water damage, accidental breakage, etc. There will be a $95 fee for any future problems. Once any of the custom products go into production, we will not allow any cancellations.
